Nusret Steakhouse



    Nusret Gökçe is the founder of Nusret Steakhouse.He began to this job as a apprentice in a butcher then  worked in a concept of butcher-restorant in Istinye Park.His interest of steaks makes him to travel other countries such as Japan,America and Argentina.This travel contribute different ideas about steaks.When he came back to İstanbul, he decided to open a NUSR-ET steakhouse.This steakhouse has achieved a crucial achievement and it gained fame and more customers in each day.

   The decoration is mostly based on  timber metarials.Nusret steaks are from Marmara region of Turkey.These steaks are heated one month which makes them a delicious taste.When you order your steak ,it comes with french fries and rock salt.T-bone steak,Dallas Steak,Nusret meatballs,Lamb T-bone,Veal chop and Lamb steak are the types of steaks in Nusret.In Istanbul,you can find Nusret Steakhouse in etiler,nişantaşı and bebek.Also there are branches in Ankara and Bodrum(Palmarina) and Dubai(Four Seasons Dubai).

Cookshop



    Cookshop is based on to create new recipes and delicious tasting food, along with childhood memories of eating lovingly made family dishes.The motto is cookshop  is your home from home and you will leave loving food even more.It's menu consist of breakfast,sandwich,salad,soup,pizza,maca-
roni,bakers,drinks and alcohols.My favourite one is  magnolia.You can choose banana,starwberry or chocolate magnolia.The branches are located at ulus,nişantaşı,maltepe,altunizade,bagdat caddesi,bursa and bodrum.

Laduree



      First,macarons made in Italy in the 14th century and ıt named as thin crust which means in italian is maccherone or macaroni.After macarons were introduced to french cuisine.We all know that they are colorful,well-filled cookies but the first macarons are quite simple,dearomatized and internal unfilled.They were only almond cookies.Today's double-decker macarons' story start with Louis Ernest Laduree's small cousin who is Pierre Desfontaines.He began to put delicious ganache cream between two maarons.This idea implemented in Laduree's laboratory.In every season Laduree makes new design over the color and the flavor of the existing macaron collection.It is possible to taste them in different laduree stores from all around the World.In Istanbul,you can find them in Istinye Park and Nişantaşı laduree store.

MUA



      Italians smacking their fingers when they like something that they are tasting.This is the meaning of  MUA.In 2011, Mua opened ıts first place in Yeniköy and the concept is artisianal ice-cream.The ice cream options depend on the seasons.In the summer you can find watermelon, cantaloupe ice-cream and for the spring the fresh strawberry ice -cream is the best choice to taste.The orange,tangerine,pomegranate ice-creams are the selections for autumn and winter.

     In 2014,Mua opened the second restaurant in Galata with a concept of fresco naturale.There is no artifical additives in Mua and they only use natural products and sessional fruits.The breakfast section consist of croissants,raisin rolls and bagels.At the desert, you can taste carrot cake,italian tiramisu,brownie and apple crumble.Pesto,cheese  baguette and cesar wrap are the special sandwiches types.Home made lemonade,home made ıce tea and detox are presented in Mua.The drinks help to make a fresh start for the day.

P.F. CHANG'S



      P.F. Chang's  includes two different restaurants from asian culture.The first one is P.F. Chang's China Bistro.In this restaurant,the american hospitality and chinese inspired cuisine are  combined.With a sophisticated and  modern atmosphere the customers enjoy their time.The second one is Pei Wei Asian Diner which consist of different choices of asian cuisine.Its menu has main menu,desert menu,sushi menu and kids menu.Great wall of chocolate and banana spring rolls are the most beautiful deserts for me.For the chidren,you can choose kid's chicken, little  emperor's feast or kid's lo mein(Egg noodles stir-fried with chicken).

Le Relais De Venise ''L' Entrecote''


       The restaurant offer only one dish to its customer.First a green salad with walnuts dressed with mustard vinaigrette after steak frities with a secret sauce are served.With a selection of wines,the customers enjoy their dish.In the desert section you can choose profiteroles,meringue and ice cream.There is no a typical menü,the customers only tell that how they want to cooked their steak frites.The reservation policy is not used in here,customers may wait for a table.Originally the reastaurant is parisian,other branches are located at London and Manhattan.

         La Vie En Rose started to operate as a ''tearoom'' concept after taking more attention from customers, the place converted to a bar,restaurant and mini patisserie.The motto is ''Be in the moment''La Vie En Rose means pink life which beutifies the details of our life and to be aware of every moment of our life.The breakfast service begins at 9:00 a.m. till 14:00 p.m. and the food service begins at 12:00 till 22:00 p.m.The place known as a ''pet friendly'' so customers are free to take their pets.At the bar section you can find variety of wines,beers and cocktails.The songs are selected by music director and the style of musics depend on the different hours of a day.The most wanted tastes are ''banana pudding'' which is made from crema and ''love'' which is a  cake .La Vie En Rose is located at Yeniköy,Istanbul.

        Chilai is located at Bebek,Istanbul.With extraordinary decoration and different menu which is prepared by celebrity chefs plays a big role to be a unique place.Its music style gives pleasure to customers .The music director is Dogus Cabakcor and he performs two nights a week.At the entrance,garden and sushi floor have  the same music concept.The food service is over after 23 pm and the bar service begins with a suitable music style which gets attention from customers.At the top floor and terrace have jazz and smooth jazz.The selection of songs depend on the place's style.
