Laduree
First,macarons made in Italy in the 14th century and ıt named as thin crust which means in italian is maccherone or macaroni.After macarons were introduced to french cuisine.We all know that they are colorful,well-filled cookies but the first macarons are quite simple,dearomatized and internal unfilled.They were only almond cookies.Today's double-decker macarons' story start with Louis Ernest Laduree's small cousin who is Pierre Desfontaines.He began to put delicious ganache cream between two maarons.This idea implemented in Laduree's laboratory.In every season Laduree makes new design over the color and the flavor of the existing macaron collection.It is possible to taste them in different laduree stores from all around the World.In Istanbul,you can find them in Istinye Park and Nişantaşı laduree store.
