Bigchefs



                                             
     Bigchefs are cafe and brasserie places that lead to develop eating and drinking culture.The aim is to become an international brand in the world.In 2007,the first place was opened in Ankara by Gamze Cizreli.With Gamze Cizreli and Saruhan Tan partnership,the chain of bigchefs was established in Turkey.There are 23 branches of bigchefs in Turkey and the number of employees are 1000.Each year 4 million guests visit bigchefs.



       
     The branches are located at Istanbul,Ankara,Antalya,Diyarbakır,Mersin and Dubai.With a warm and peaceful interior design,the visitors feel like in their home.Their menu includes different and amazing tastes."Cicipapa" is a french toast of the bigchefs's  new conformation for breakfast."Rose Delight Creme Brulee" is a mixture of french desert creme brulee and turkish delight."Tex Mex Steak" is a mexician steak type that preapred in bigchefs.By the way, "pumpkin cheesecake" and "blueberry-mozeralla künefe" are the different desert tastes for the customers who want to try new tastes in bigchefs.These are the some special food names that take interest from the visitors.
